Trevor Gomes BEM, BCAe from London (UK) is the Founder & CEO of RISE Coaching & Mentoring. Trevor created RISE in response to the COVID 19 pandemic, seeking to work with businesses and educational institutions to provide both coaching and mentoring to support growth and development of organisations people and talent. Trevor is also the Founder & CEO of the award-winning ELEVATE Youth Mentoring, which is aligned to RISE as a programme offering.
Alongside embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Trevor also has a wide-range of corporate experience. Trevor has worked in both HR and Digital Marketing for the UK's largest tech company British Telecom (BT). At BT Trevor played a leading role in supporting the launch of 5G across the business and to customers as a '5G Transformation Leader' and lead of the Digital Skills Guild which delivered on improving digital skills across Consumer, the wider-business and the community. Trevor now works in the Digital Marketing (Analytics team) at Vodafone (UK Consumer).
