Trevor Gomes BEM, BCAe from London (UK) is the Founder & CEO of RISE Coaching & Mentoring. Trevor created RISE in response to the COVID 19 pandemic, seeking to work with businesses and educational institutions to provide both coaching and mentoring to support growth and development of organisations people and talent. Trevor is also the Founder & CEO of the award-winning ELEVATE Youth Mentoring, which is aligned to RISE as a programme offering.
Alongside embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Trevor also has a wide-range of corporate experience working at British Telecom (BT) and Vodafone in a wide-range of roles including in the fields of HR and Digital Marketing. Trevor is also a 'Foundation Govenor' and 'Board Member' at one of the biggest Sixth Forms in SE London.
