Trevor Gomes BEM, BCAe from London (UK) is the Founder & CEO of RISE Coaching & Mentoring. Trevor created RISE in response to the COVID 19 pandemic, seeking to work with businesses and educational institutions to provide both coaching and mentoring to support growth and development of organisations people and talent. Trevor is also the Founder & CEO of the award-winning ELEVATE Youth Mentoring, which is aligned to RISE as a programme offering.
Alongside embarking on his entrepreneurial journey, Trevor also has a wide-range of corporate experience working at British Telecom (BT) and Vodafone in a wide-range of roles including in the fields of HR and Digital Marketing. Trevor also has several roles of strategic governance including being a Governor & board member for one of London's biggest Sixth Form and Ambassador for the FA's 433 Home Nations Partnership, using football and technology to support grassroots, disability, and women's football across the UK.
